1. Order Processing Time

All Xiaodaidai products are made-to-order. Production begins shortly after purchase. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, production, quality inspection, and packaging.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

After production is completed, shipping within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Delivery times may vary due to distance, carrier delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.


3. Shipping Cost

All orders shipped within the United States are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order. We currently do not offer international shipping.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions to follow your delivery progress.

If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours after shipment, please contact our support team for assistance.


5. Address Accuracy

Address changes can only be made before an order enters production. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check your surroundings, confirm with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier for further details. You may also contact us for guidance, and we will assist where possible.
