Order Adjustment & Address Verification Policy – Xiaodaidai

At Xiaodaidai, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, flexible, and stress-free. We understand that mistakes happen—addresses can be typed incorrectly, or you may change your mind shortly after placing an order. This Order Adjustment & Address Verification Policy explains how and when changes can be made, what limitations exist, and what responsibilities customers hold regarding accurate delivery information.

Our goal is to process and ship orders quickly, so timing is essential. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase on xiaodaidai.com.

1. Adjustment & Cancellation Window

All Xiaodaidai products are made-to-order. Production begins shortly after purchase. To allow last-minute changes, we offer a 4-hour window after an order is placed. During this time, you may request order cancellation, item changes, quantity adjustments, or address corrections.

Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

To request an adjustment, please contact our support team at support@xiaodaidai.com as soon as possible.

2. After the Adjustment Window

After the 4-hour window, orders move into production. At this stage, we are unable to cancel orders, change items, sizes, colors, quantities, or update delivery addresses.

This ensures timely production and fair processing for all customers.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing an order, including street name, house number, apartment or unit details, city, state, and ZIP code.

Incorrect address information may lead to delivery delays, misdeliveries, or returned packages.

4. Address-Related Delivery Issues

Xiaodaidai is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipment fees may apply. If a package is marked delivered to the address provided at checkout, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

5. Production & Fulfillment Timeline

Once the adjustment window has closed, orders enter production. Made-to-order items typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate contact and address information, review order details before checkout, and request changes only within the 4-hour window.
