Refunds may be requested only after a return request has been approved. As all Xiaodaidai T-shirts and hoodies are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase. Refunds are issued only for items that meet our return eligibility conditions and are confirmed to have issues caused by our production or fulfillment process.
Approved cases include defective printing, incorrect item shipped, visible damage upon arrival, or manufacturing errors. Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection, wrong color chosen at checkout, customer-submitted personalization errors, or change of mind after production has started.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once a returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Actual refund posting time may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our team.
3. Refund Method & Notification
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not send refunds to alternative accounts or offer store credit unless specifically requested and approved.
Once your refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with refund details. If the returned item does not meet refund conditions, we will notify you with an explanation.

If you have received a refund confirmation but do not see the funds in your account, please check your bank or card account again. Some financial institutions take additional business days to post refunds.

Sale items, promotional products, or discounted items are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized products that were correctly produced according to the order details are also non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our production or fulfillment process.

We offer free replacement or exchange only if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our production or fulfillment process.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number, photos showing the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
