Because our products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase. If something arrives not as expected, we are here to support you with a fair and transparent return process.
1. Return Period & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. As all Xiaodaidai products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to decline returns for items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging. Items that do not meet eligibility conditions may be returned back to the customer.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns if the issue results from our production or fulfillment process. This includes:
Defective or misaligned printing
Design or spelling errors made by our team
Wrong item or color shipped
Visible stains, marks, or damage upon arrival
Manufacturing or handling defects
If the mistake is on our end, we will resolve the issue fairly and promptly at no extra cost to you.
3. When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons outside our responsibility. This includes:
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Wrong color or product option chosen at checkout
Personalization or custom details submitted incorrectly
Change of mind after production has started
Custom products that were correctly made according to the order
Because our items are made-to-order, correctly produced custom products cannot be restocked or resold.

4. Refund Process & Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our team. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
After the returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider. Items sent to the wrong address, without approval, or outside policy guidelines may be rejected.
