At Xiaodaidai, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused and undamaged
• All original packaging and tags are intact
• You can provide a valid proof of purchase

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We accept returns if:

• The print quality is defective
• There are spelling errors made by our team
• The wrong color product was delivered
• The item arrived with stains or marks
• Any issue resulted from our production or fulfillment process

We do not accept returns if:

• The wrong size was ordered by the customer
• The incorrect customization option was selected
• The custom text contained errors provided by the customer
